Sme konfrontovan\u00ed s obrovsk\u00fdm mno\u017estvom inform\u00e1ci\u00ed a v r\u00fdchlom svete <strong>je ve\u013emi d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9 vedie\u0165 sa r\u00fdchlo a efekt\u00edvne u\u010di\u0165<\/strong>. V medic\u00edne, kde je objem u\u010diva obrovsk\u00fd, to plat\u00ed dvojn\u00e1sobne.    <\/p>\n\n<p>Pokia\u013e sa nau\u010d\u00ed\u0161 efekt\u00edvne u\u010di\u0165 predt\u00fdm, ne\u017e sa ponor\u00ed\u0161 do ch\u00e9mie, fyziky \u010di biol\u00f3gie, bude\u0161 m\u00f4c\u0165 t\u00fato zru\u010dnos\u0165 vyu\u017ei\u0165 v akomko\u013evek \u010fal\u0161om predmete po\u010das \u0161t\u00fadia aj vo svojej bud\u00facej pr\u00e1ci alebo osobnom \u017eivote. Navy\u0161e t\u00fdm u\u0161etr\u00ed\u0161 \u010das, ktor\u00fd m\u00f4\u017ee\u0161 venova\u0165 sebe, priate\u013eom, rodine \u010di kon\u00ed\u010dkom.  <strong>K \u00faspechu nie je potrebn\u00e9 u\u010di\u0165 sa nonstop, obzvl\u00e1\u0161\u0165, ke\u010f si \u010dlovek osvoj\u00ed techniky, o ktor\u00fdch si v \u010fal\u0161\u00edch \u010dl\u00e1nkoch v tejto s\u00e9rii povieme <\/strong><\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u010co je to efekt\u00edvne u\u010denie?<\/h2>\n\n<p><strong>Efektivita znamen\u00e1 dosiahnu\u0165 v\u00fdsledky s rozumn\u00fdm \u010dasov\u00fdm vkladom.<\/strong> To, \u017ee niekto m\u00e1 vynikaj\u00face zn\u00e1mky, e\u0161te neznamen\u00e1, \u017ee sa u\u010d\u00ed efekt\u00edvne \u2013 m\u00f4\u017ee tomu <strong>venova\u0165 v\u0161etok \u010das, ale s n\u00edzkou efektivitou<\/strong>. U\u010denie nie je len <strong>o testoch, ale o dlhodobom uchovan\u00ed znalost\u00ed pre prax.<\/strong> Aj preto <strong>stoj\u00ed za to pochopi\u0165, ako funguje proces u\u010denia<\/strong> a ako inform\u00e1cie, ktor\u00e9 sa nau\u010d\u00edme po teste alebo sk\u00fa\u0161ke, nezabudn\u00fa\u0165. <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kr\u00e1tkodob\u00e1 a dlhodob\u00e1 pam\u00e4\u0165<\/h3>\n\n<p>Mo\u017eno ste u\u017e po\u010duli, \u017ee existuje kr\u00e1tkodob\u00e1 a dlhodob\u00e1 pam\u00e4\u0165. Dnes neurovedy a psychol\u00f3gie <strong>rozde\u013euj\u00fa pam\u00e4\u0165 sk\u00f4r na pracovn\u00fa (working memory) a dlhodob\u00fa (long-term memory).<\/strong>  <\/p>\n\n<p>\u010co sa predt\u00fdm ozna\u010dovalo ako kr\u00e1tkodob\u00e1 pam\u00e4\u0165, toti\u017e nem\u00e1 inform\u00e1cie len uchova\u0165, ale aj s nimi v kr\u00e1tkom \u010dasovom intervale (obvykle len na p\u00e1r sek\u00fand a\u017e min\u00fat) pracova\u0165 a manipulova\u0165. Predstavuje ak\u00fdsi ment\u00e1lny \u201epozn\u00e1mkov\u00fd blok\u201c, kde dr\u017e\u00edme inform\u00e1cie, ktor\u00e9 potrebujeme okam\u017eite pou\u017ei\u0165. M\u00f4\u017ee\u0161 si predstavi\u0165 napr\u00edklad zapam\u00e4tanie telef\u00f3nneho \u010d\u00edsla alebo po\u010d\u00edtanie jednoduchej matematickej \u00falohy v hlave. <strong>Pracovn\u00e1 pam\u00e4\u0165 m\u00e1 obmedzen\u00fa kapacitu, do ktorej sa zmest\u00ed len nieko\u013eko polo\u017eiek naraz (obvykle 4\u20137)<\/strong>. Pre u\u010denie je pracovn\u00e1 pam\u00e4\u0165 nenahradite\u013en\u00e1. <strong>Pom\u00e1ha n\u00e1m spracov\u00e1va\u0165 nov\u00e9 inform\u00e1cie<\/strong> a sp\u00e1ja\u0165 ich s t\u00fdmi, ktor\u00e9 u\u017e pozn\u00e1me.    <\/p>\n\n<p>K\u013e\u00fa\u010dov\u00e1 je ale samozrejme dlhodob\u00e1 pam\u00e4\u0165 &#8211; neu\u010d\u00edme sa len na dan\u00fa sk\u00fa\u0161ku alebo test. Inform\u00e1cie si chceme uchova\u0165 \u010do najdlh\u0161ie, aby sme ich mohli akt\u00edvne pou\u017e\u00edva\u0165 aj nesk\u00f4r pri \u0161t\u00fadiu alebo v praxi. Za toto je zodpovedn\u00e1 dlhodob\u00e1 pam\u00e4\u0165.   <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ako dosta\u0165 nau\u010den\u00e9 inform\u00e1cie z pracovnej pam\u00e4te do dlhodobej pam\u00e4te?<\/h3>\n\n<p>S t\u00fdm n\u00e1m pom\u00f4\u017ee neurobiol\u00f3gia. Inform\u00e1cia je v\u017edy ulo\u017een\u00e1 v nejakom nervovom obvode, teda prepojen\u00ed neur\u00f3nov. N\u00e1\u0161 mozog je zlo\u017een\u00fd z nervov\u00fdch buniek, neur\u00f3nov, s ktor\u00fdmi sa narod\u00edme, nov\u00e9 u\u017e po\u010das n\u00e1\u0161ho \u017eivota nevznikaj\u00fa.   <strong>Ako je teda mo\u017en\u00e9, \u017ee sa toho m\u00f4\u017eeme to\u013eko nau\u010di\u0165 a prija\u0165 po\u010das \u017eivota tak\u00e9 mno\u017estvo inform\u00e1ci\u00ed, ke\u010f na to m\u00e1me rovnak\u00fd po\u010det buniek, ako sme mali pri naroden\u00ed?<\/strong> V\u010fa\u010d\u00edme za to tzv. synapsi\u00e1m, teda prepojeniam medzi jednotliv\u00fdmi neur\u00f3nmi. Tie toti\u017e m\u00f4\u017eu <strong>vznika\u0165 prakticky bez obmedzen\u00ed<\/strong> a ka\u017ed\u00e1 nov\u00e1 inform\u00e1cia, ktor\u00fa sa nau\u010d\u00edme, vedie k vytvoreniu novej synapsie. \u010co sa \u010falej s touto synapsiou bude dia\u0165, z\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed na tom, ako inform\u00e1ciu pou\u017e\u00edvame. Pokia\u013e ju <strong>opakujeme a pou\u017e\u00edvame \u010dasto<\/strong>, nervov\u00fd obvod sa bude opakovane aktivova\u0165, synapsia sa bude posil\u0148ova\u0165 a pravdepodobne v mozgu zostane dlho alebo aj nav\u017edy. Preto nezabudneme svoje meno, adresu \u010di cestu domov, teda inform\u00e1cie, ktor\u00e9 pou\u017e\u00edvame ka\u017ed\u00fd de\u0148. Naopak napr\u00edklad \u0160PZ, ktor\u00fa postrehneme na aute na ulici, alebo d\u00e1tum, ktor\u00fd si raz pre\u010d\u00edtame v u\u010debnici dejepisu, budeme ma\u0165 tendenciu zabudn\u00fa\u0165. \u010c\u00edm to? Synapsiu si m\u00f4\u017ee\u0161 predstavi\u0165 ako cestu v tr\u00e1ve. \u010c\u00edm viac sa pou\u017e\u00edva, t\u00fdm lep\u0161ie je pre\u0161liapan\u00e9 a dve miesta (neur\u00f3ny) lep\u0161ie prepojen\u00e9. Naopak, ke\u010f touto cestou nebudeme chodi\u0165, bude postupne zarasta\u0165 a\u017e zmizne. Predstav si napr\u00edklad puzzle. Ke\u010f o danej t\u00e9me ni\u010d nevie\u0161, je to ako by si z krabice bral dielik po dieliku a sna\u017eil sa z nich vytvori\u0165 v\u00fdsledn\u00fd obraz. Ke\u010f u\u017e ale m\u00e1\u0161 o t\u00e9me povedomie, sie\u0165, do ktorej m\u00f4\u017ee\u0161 nov\u00e9 inform\u00e1cie vklada\u0165, je to, ako ke\u010f sa pozrie\u0161 prv\u00fdkr\u00e1t na krabicu, kde vid\u00ed\u0161, ako by mal v\u00fdsledok vyzera\u0165. N\u00e1jde\u0161 si prv\u00e9 rohov\u00e9 a okrajov\u00e9 diely, vie\u0161 napr\u00edklad, \u017ee h\u013ead\u00e1\u0161 modr\u00e9 diely na nebo at\u010f. Potom je ove\u013ea jednoduch\u0161ie si do v\u00fdsledn\u00e9ho obrazu ka\u017ed\u00fd nov\u00fd dielik zasadi\u0165 a rovnako tak je to s inform\u00e1ciami.    <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Nesta\u010d\u00ed si pam\u00e4ta\u0165, lep\u0161ie je aplikova\u0165<\/h3>\n\n<p>\u010eal\u0161\u00ed sp\u00f4sob, ako sa m\u00f4\u017ee inform\u00e1cia dosta\u0165 do dlhodobej pam\u00e4te, je pou\u017e\u00edvanie. Inform\u00e1ciu si nemus\u00edme len pam\u00e4ta\u0165, je mo\u017en\u00e9 ju aj nejak\u00fdm sp\u00f4sobom aplikova\u0165. Toto je jednoduch\u00e9 napr\u00edklad v matematike, fyzike \u010di niektor\u00fdch \u010dastiach ch\u00e9mie, kde <strong>m\u00f4\u017eeme nau\u010den\u00fd vzorec rovno pou\u017e\u00edva\u0165 na pr\u00edkladoch<\/strong>. Preto\u017ee je pre n\u00e1s vzorec relevantn\u00fd a ch\u00e1peme jeho praktick\u00e9 pou\u017eitie, zapam\u00e4t\u00e1me si ho lep\u0161ie, ako keby sme ho iba opakovali. Neznamen\u00e1 to ale, \u017ee m\u00f4\u017ee\u0161 pou\u017e\u00edvanie vyu\u017ei\u0165 iba tam, kde sa daj\u00fa po\u010d\u00edta\u0165 pr\u00edklady. Aj zdanlivo faktick\u00e9 inform\u00e1cie m\u00f4\u017ee\u0161 vyu\u017e\u00edva\u0165, napr. rie\u0161en\u00edm ot\u00e1zok, ktor\u00e9 od v\u00e1s vy\u017eaduj\u00fa pochopenie s\u00favislost\u00ed. <strong>Relevantnos\u0165 inform\u00e1cie zohr\u00e1va k\u013e\u00fa\u010dov\u00fa \u00falohu pri ukladan\u00ed do dlhodobej pam\u00e4te<\/strong>, preto\u017ee n\u00e1\u0161 mozog lep\u0161ie spracov\u00e1va a uchov\u00e1va inform\u00e1cie, ktor\u00e9 pova\u017euje za d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9 alebo zmyslupln\u00e9. Ke\u010f vn\u00edmame ur\u010dit\u00fa inform\u00e1ciu ako relevantn\u00fa, <strong>doch\u00e1dza k jej hlb\u0161iemu spracovaniu v mozgu<\/strong> \u2013 viac o nej prem\u00fd\u0161\u013eame a prep\u00e1jame ju s \u010fal\u0161\u00edmi znalos\u0165ami. To posil\u0148uje ich zakotvenie v dlhodobej pam\u00e4ti.        <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Nezabudnite na em\u00f3cie<\/h2>\n\n<p>Okrem organiz\u00e1cie, opakovania a pou\u017e\u00edvania, <strong>hr\u00e1 d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00fa \u00falohu aj v\u00fdznamnos\u0165 inform\u00e1cie<\/strong>. Inform\u00e1cie, ktor\u00e9 pre n\u00e1s maj\u00fa nejak\u00fd osobn\u00fd v\u00fdznam alebo s\u00fa <strong>emocion\u00e1lne nabit\u00e9, maj\u00fa v\u00e4\u010d\u0161iu \u0161ancu dosta\u0165 sa do dlhodobej pam\u00e4te<\/strong>. To je dan\u00e9 evolu\u010dn\u00fdm v\u00fdvojom, kedy <strong>pre na\u0161ich predkov bolo d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9 si zapam\u00e4ta\u0165 tak\u00e9 inform\u00e1cie, ktor\u00e9 mohli vies\u0165 k pre\u017eitiu a vyvol\u00e1vali tak pozit\u00edvne em\u00f3cie<\/strong>, alebo naopak predstavovali nebezpe\u010denstvo a negat\u00edvne em\u00f3cie \u2013 napr. ktor\u00e9 bobule s\u00fa jedl\u00e9 a ktor\u00e9 naopak jedovat\u00e9, kde sa vyskytuj\u00fa nebezpe\u010dn\u00e9 zvierat\u00e1, kde je mo\u017en\u00e9 lovi\u0165 a pod. \u0160\u0165astn\u00e9 momenty, \u00faspechy, alebo naopak nepr\u00edjemn\u00e9 situ\u00e1cie ti v pam\u00e4ti zost\u00e1vaj\u00fa ove\u013ea lep\u0161ie vryt\u00e9 ako tie ostatn\u00e9. Preto je u\u017eito\u010dn\u00e9 sa sna\u017ei\u0165 \u010do najviac si <strong>inform\u00e1cie prep\u00e1ja\u0165 s re\u00e1lnym \u017eivotom, vizualizova\u0165 a nebra\u0165 ich iba ako odseky textu v u\u010debnici.<\/strong>    <\/p>\n\n<p>Teraz u\u017e trochu ch\u00e1pe\u0161, ako pam\u00e4\u0165 a proces u\u010denia v\u0161eobecne funguj\u00fa a \u010do je d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9 na ulo\u017eenie inform\u00e1ci\u00ed do dlhodobej pam\u00e4te.
