{"id":55269,"date":"2025-08-25T14:49:48","date_gmt":"2025-08-25T12:49:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/bmedic.cz\/?p=55269"},"modified":"2025-08-25T15:05:56","modified_gmt":"2025-08-25T13:05:56","slug":"aky-vplyv-ma-etanol-na-ludsky-organizmus","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/bmedic.cz\/sk\/aky-vplyv-ma-etanol-na-ludsky-organizmus\/","title":{"rendered":"Ak\u00fd m\u00e1 etanol efekt na \u013eudsk\u00e9 telo?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Etanol, zn\u00e1my medzi \u013eu\u010fmi sk\u00f4r ako alkohol, je mal\u00e1 pol\u00e1rna molekula, ktor\u00e1 sa ako z\u00e1kladn\u00e1 s\u00fa\u010das\u0165 alkoholick\u00fdch n\u00e1pojov stala jednou z&nbsp;naj\u010dastej\u0161ie po\u017e\u00edvan\u00fdch rekrea\u010dn\u00fdch drog.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Poh\u00e1r v\u00edna alebo f\u013ea\u0161u vychladen\u00e9ho piva si najm\u00e4 v&nbsp;letn\u00fdch mesiacoch d\u00e1 ob\u010das ka\u017ed\u00fd z&nbsp;n\u00e1s. \u010co v\u0161ak etanol v&nbsp;na\u0161om tele sp\u00f4sobuje, \u017ee sa z&nbsp;neho stala tak\u00e1 popul\u00e1rna a spolo\u010densky akceptovate\u013en\u00e1 substancia? A Ak\u00e9 m\u00f4\u017ee ma\u0165 d\u00f4sledky jeho nadmern\u00e1 a pr\u00edli\u0161 \u010dast\u00e1 konzum\u00e1cia?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Alkohol sa za\u010d\u00edna vstreb\u00e1va\u0165 ve\u013emi kr\u00e1tko po po\u017eit\u00ed, \u010diasto\u010dne u\u017e v&nbsp;\u00fastach, pa\u017eer\u00e1ku a \u017eal\u00fadku, pri\u010dom hlavn\u00e1 \u010das\u0165 resorpcie prebehne v&nbsp;tenkom \u010dreve. Polovica sa vstrebe po\u010das prvej \u0161tvr\u0165hodiny, maxim\u00e1lna koncentr\u00e1cia je potom dosiahnut\u00e1 za pol a\u017e hodinu po aplik\u00e1cii. Vo vstreb\u00e1van\u00ed hr\u00e1 \u00falohu aj druh alkoholu \u2013 n\u00e1poje obsahuj\u00face CO2 a tepl\u00e9 alkoholick\u00e9 n\u00e1poje sa vstreb\u00e1vaj\u00fa r\u00fdchlej\u0161ie, tvrd\u00fd alkohol r\u00fdchlej\u0161ie ako napr\u00edklad pivo.<\/p>\n<p>Z&nbsp;tr\u00e1viaceho \u00fastrojenstva pokra\u010duje do pe\u010dene, kde m\u00e1 by\u0165 detoxikovan\u00fd. Prebieha tu oxida\u010dn\u00e1 reakcia p\u00f4soben\u00edm dehydrogen\u00e1z, ktor\u00e1 vedie najsk\u00f4r k vzniku toxick\u00e9ho acetaldehydu (ktor\u00fd nesie vinu za nepr\u00edjemn\u00e9 pocity spojen\u00e9 s&nbsp;opicou) a n\u00e1sledne ne\u0161kodn\u00e9ho acet\u00e1tu, ktor\u00fd m\u00f4\u017ee by\u0165 z&nbsp;tela vyl\u00fa\u010den\u00fd. Detoxik\u00e1cia v&nbsp;pe\u010deni v\u0161ak za\u010d\u00edna asi a\u017e po 20 min\u00fatach a po\u010das tej doby sa \u010das\u0165 etanolu m\u00f4\u017ee dosta\u0165 e\u0161te \u010falej \u2013 do mozgu. Ako ve\u013emi mal\u00e1 nenabit\u00e1 molekula toti\u017e \u013eahko prestupuje cez membr\u00e1ny a do CNS teda doraz\u00ed u\u017e behom 5 min\u00fat. Po 10 min\u00fatach sa za\u010d\u00ednaj\u00fa prejavova\u0165 prv\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dinky.<\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00edjemn\u00e9 pocity, ktor\u00e9 si s&nbsp;pit\u00edm alkoholu sp\u00e1jame, s\u00fa sp\u00f4soben\u00e9 predov\u0161etk\u00fdm vyplaven\u00edm dopam\u00ednu, neurotransmiteru zapojen\u00e9ho do tzv. syst\u00e9mu odmeny, ktor\u00e9ho vylu\u010dovanie etanol indukuje a \u010falej seroton\u00ednu, \u010do je neurotransmiter zodpovedn\u00fd za regul\u00e1ciu na\u0161ej n\u00e1lady.<\/p>\n<p>Hlavn\u00fdm \u00fa\u010dinkom v&nbsp;mozgu je v\u0161ak efekt sedat\u00edvny \u2013 m\u00e1 teda na funkciu nervov\u00e9ho syst\u00e9mu tlmiv\u00fd efekt. To je dan\u00e9 jeho interakciou s&nbsp;receptormi pre GABA \u2013 sp\u00f4sobuje hyperpolariz\u00e1ciu neur\u00f3nov (otvoren\u00edm i\u00f3nov\u00fdch kan\u00e1lov pre i\u00f3ny chl\u00f3ru) a t\u00fdm inhib\u00edciu prenosu nervov\u00e9ho sign\u00e1lu. Z\u00e1rove\u0148 blokuje otv\u00e1ranie kan\u00e1lov, ktor\u00fdch ligandom je glutam\u00e1t, ktor\u00e9 po naviazan\u00ed etanolu nem\u00f4\u017eu spr\u00e1vne fungova\u0165 a sp\u00f4sobova\u0165 depolariz\u00e1ciu (aktiv\u00e1ciu prenosu sign\u00e1lu). To zosil\u0148uje jeho \u00fa\u010dinok.<\/p>\n<p>Pod\u013ea po\u017eit\u00e9ho mno\u017estva sa efekt m\u00f4\u017ee stup\u0148ova\u0165. Pri hladine v&nbsp;krvi okolo 1 promile pozorujeme \u0161t\u00e1dium euf\u00f3rie, dan\u00e9 predov\u0161etk\u00fdm vyplaven\u00edm dopam\u00ednu a seroton\u00ednu. Pri 2&nbsp;\u2030 pozorujeme pred\u013a\u017eenie reak\u010dn\u00e9ho \u010dasu sprev\u00e1dzan\u00e9 poruchami koordin\u00e1cie a rovnov\u00e1hy. \u0160t\u00e1dium nast\u00e1vaj\u00face okolo 3 \u2030 potom ozna\u010dujeme ako narkotick\u00e9, pre ktor\u00e9 je charakteristick\u00fd \u00fatlm d\u00fdchania, ktor\u00fd m\u00f4\u017ee ma\u0165 a\u017e fat\u00e1lne d\u00f4sledky.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00f4vodom, pre\u010do je \u013eahk\u00e9 na alkohol vyvin\u00fa\u0165 z\u00e1vislos\u0165, je okrem syst\u00e9mu odmeny (na ktor\u00fd sa ve\u013emi dobre zvyk\u00e1) predov\u0161etk\u00fdm down-regul\u00e1cia GABA inhibi\u010dn\u00fdch receptorov (zn\u00ed\u017eenie ich mno\u017estva) a naopak up-regul\u00e1cia receptorov pre glutam\u00e1t. To vedie k&nbsp;tomu, \u017ee na dosiahnutie rovnak\u00e9ho \u00fa\u010dinku mus\u00edte d\u00e1vku neust\u00e1le zvy\u0161ova\u0165. Pokia\u013e je v&nbsp;tejto f\u00e1ze konzum\u00e1cia alkoholu preru\u0161en\u00e1, m\u00f4\u017eu sa prejavi\u0165 abstinen\u010dn\u00e9 pr\u00edznaky, dan\u00e9 pr\u00e1ve nepomerom v&nbsp;mno\u017estve receptorov \u2013 mozog je teraz bez alkoholu (pre nadbytok glutam\u00e1tov\u00fdch a nedostatok GABA receptorov) hyperexcitabiln\u00fd. To m\u00f4\u017ee sp\u00f4sobova\u0165 tras, z\u00e1chvaty, zm\u00e4tenos\u0165, rozru\u0161enie a dokonca halucin\u00e1cie. Z&nbsp;mnoh\u00fdch \u0161t\u00fadi\u00ed naopak vypl\u00fdva, \u017ee alkohol sp\u00f4sobuje scvrk\u00e1vanie niektor\u00fdch \u010dast\u00ed mozgu, najm\u00e4 hipokampu zodpovedn\u00e9ho predov\u0161etk\u00fdm za pam\u00e4\u0165. V&nbsp;kr\u00e1tkodobom meradle pitie alkoholu oslabuje imunitu a nar\u00fa\u0161a REM-f\u00e1zu sp\u00e1nku. V&nbsp;dlhodobom meradle potom zvy\u0161uje pravdepodobnos\u0165 rakoviny (predov\u0161etk\u00fdm tr\u00e1viaceho syst\u00e9mu a prsn\u00edka), po\u0161kodzuje pe\u010de\u0148 a zhor\u0161uje kognit\u00edvne funkcie.<\/p>\n<p>Rovnako ako pri ka\u017edej inej n\u00e1vykovej l\u00e1tke teda plat\u00ed aj pri alkohole jednoduch\u00e9 pravidlo \u2013 v\u0161etk\u00e9ho s&nbsp;mierou. Pod\u013ea \u0160t\u00e1tneho zdravotn\u00e9ho \u00fastavu je za n\u00edzkorizikov\u00e9 pitie pova\u017eovan\u00e1 d\u00e1vka do 16 g etanolu denne pre \u017eeny a 24 g pre mu\u017eov, pri\u010dom 2&nbsp;dni v t\u00fd\u017edni by sme mali alkohol \u00faplne vynecha\u0165 a pri n\u00e1razovom pit\u00ed by jednorazov\u00e1 d\u00e1vka nemala prekro\u010di\u0165 40 g.
