Po\u010fme sa spolu pozrie\u0165, <strong>ak\u00e9 pr\u00edpravky a lieky s t\u00fdmto \u00fa\u010dinkom existuj\u00fa<\/strong>, ako ve\u013emi je preuk\u00e1zan\u00e1 ich \u00fa\u010dinnos\u0165 a ak\u00e9 s\u00fa pr\u00edpadn\u00e9 ved\u013eaj\u0161ie \u00fa\u010dinky a kontraindik\u00e1cie na ich u\u017e\u00edvanie.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Rozdelenie l\u00e1tok zlep\u0161uj\u00facich pam\u00e4\u0165<\/h2>\n\n<p>L\u00e1tky zlep\u0161uj\u00face pam\u00e4\u0165 a kognit\u00edvne funkcie sa volaj\u00fa <strong>nootropn\u00e9<\/strong>. M\u00f4\u017eeme ich rozdeli\u0165 do nasleduj\u00facich skup\u00edn: klasick\u00e9 nootropn\u00e9 l\u00e1tky, l\u00e1tky zvy\u0161uj\u00face metabolizmus v mozgovom tkanive, l\u00e1tky cholinergn\u00e9 a rastlinn\u00e9 extrakty s nootropn\u00fdmi \u00fa\u010dinkami. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Geratam<\/h2>\n\n<p>Medzi klasick\u00e9 nootropn\u00e9 l\u00e1tky sa rad\u00ed Geratam. Je to pr\u00edpravok <strong>na b\u00e1ze piracetamu<\/strong> a je popul\u00e1rny najm\u00e4 v\u010faka svojej vo\u013enej dostupnosti. Priaznivo ovplyv\u0148uje funkciu mozgov\u00fdch buniek v oblasti u\u010denia a pam\u00e4ti, bdelosti a vedomia. M\u00f4\u017ee sa pod\u00e1va\u0165 dospel\u00fdm, dospievaj\u00facim a de\u0165om od 8 rokov. Na podporu u\u010denia je u niektor\u00fdch \u0161tudentov ob\u013e\u00faben\u00fd u\u017e nieko\u013eko desiatok rokov.    <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u010co je Geratam a ako funguje<\/h2>\n\n<p>Ide o <strong>cyklick\u00fd deriv\u00e1t kyseliny gama-aminomaslovej (GABA)<\/strong> a jeho predpokladan\u00fd mechanizmus \u00fa\u010dinku je cez modul\u00e1ciu i\u00f3nov\u00fdch kan\u00e1lov (Ca2+ a K+) v neur\u00f3noch rovnako ako zv\u00fd\u0161enie potencie neuromedi\u00e1tora acetylchol\u00ednu. Tieto pochody spolo\u010dne s \u010fal\u0161\u00edmi nie e\u0161te celkom objasnen\u00fdmi ved\u00fa k celkovo vy\u0161\u0161ej vzru\u0161ivosti nervovej bunky, zv\u00fd\u0161enej spotrebe ATP a kysl\u00edka mozgov\u00fdm tkanivom. <\/p>\n\n<p>Tento efekt bol v\u00fdznamne preuk\u00e1zan\u00fd v oblasti corpus callosum (v\u00e4zn\u00edk mozgov\u00fd), \u010do je \u010das\u0165 mozgu sp\u00e1jaj\u00faca obe hemisf\u00e9ry. T\u00fdm je zaisten\u00e1 <strong>lep\u0161ia komunik\u00e1cia medzi pravou a \u013eavou polovicou koncov\u00e9ho mozgu<\/strong>. Medzi \u010fal\u0161ie objavy patr\u00ed to, \u017ee piracetam <strong>zni\u017euje oxidat\u00edvny stres po\u0161kodzuj\u00faci neur\u00f3n<\/strong> rovnako ako akumul\u00e1ciu pigmentu lipofusc\u00ednu naz\u00fdvan\u00e9ho tie\u017e ako pigment starnutia.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pre ktor\u00fdch pacientov je Geratam indikovan\u00fd<\/h2>\n\n<p>D\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9 je spomen\u00fa\u0165, \u017ee <strong>lieky na b\u00e1ze piracetamu, ako je Geratam, neboli p\u00f4vodne zam\u00fd\u0161\u013ean\u00e9 ako takzvan\u00e9 smart drugs<\/strong>, ktor\u00e9 n\u00e1m maj\u00fa pom\u00f4c\u0165 pri u\u010den\u00ed, ale na lie\u010dbu neurodegenerat\u00edvnych ochoren\u00ed ako je Alzheimerova choroba, Parkinsonova choroba a pri rekonvalescencii pacientov po CMP alebo u pacientov. <\/p>\n\n<p>V\u00e4\u010d\u0161ina klinick\u00fdch \u0161t\u00fadi\u00ed ukazuje pozit\u00edvne v\u00fdsledky pr\u00e1ve v t\u00fdchto pr\u00edpadoch s v\u00fdnimkou Alzheimerovej choroby, kde \u00fa\u010dinnos\u0165 nie je preuk\u00e1zate\u013en\u00e1. <strong>Pri testovan\u00ed \u00fa\u010dinkov na zdrav\u00fdch jednotlivcoch s\u00fa v\u00fdsledky zmie\u0161an\u00e9<\/strong>. Ve\u013ek\u00fa \u00falohu tu zohr\u00e1va individu\u00e1lna variabilita a r\u00f4zna miera schopnosti u\u010di\u0165 sa a prij\u00edma\u0165 inform\u00e1cie, ktor\u00fa mali uveden\u00ed \u0161tudenti pred za\u010dat\u00edm \u0161t\u00fadi\u00ed. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ved\u013eaj\u0161ie \u00fa\u010dinky a \u010do treba zv\u00e1\u017ei\u0165, ne\u017e vysk\u00fa\u0161ate Geratam<\/h2>\n\n<p>Ved\u013eaj\u0161ie \u00fa\u010dinky piracetamu nie s\u00fa \u010dast\u00e9, ale <strong>m\u00f4\u017ee sa vyskytova\u0165 zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e1 spavos\u0165, \u00fazkos\u0165 a nervozita<\/strong>. Pokia\u013e o Geratame uva\u017eujete, sk\u00faste si na sebe jeho \u00fa\u010dinky dostato\u010dne dopredu, aby ste sa vyhli pr\u00edpadn\u00fdm komplik\u00e1ci\u00e1m. <strong>Geratam by ste tie\u017e nemali bra\u0165, ak m\u00e1te probl\u00e9my s obli\u010dkami.<\/strong> U pacientov s akouko\u013evek obli\u010dkovou nedostato\u010dnos\u0165ou je potrebn\u00e9 zv\u00e1\u017ei\u0165, \u010di je lie\u010dba piracetamom pr\u00ednosn\u00e1 vzh\u013eadom na riziko \u010fal\u0161ieho za\u0165a\u017eovania obli\u010diek, ktor\u00fdmi sa vylu\u010duje. Ak ho chcete bra\u0165 &#8222;len&#8220; pre podporu u\u010denia a m\u00e1te probl\u00e9my s obli\u010dkami, pozrite sa rad\u0161ej po inom sp\u00f4sobe, ako podpori\u0165 pam\u00e4\u0165. Kontraindik\u00e1ciou je \u0165a\u017ek\u00e9 obli\u010dkov\u00e9 zlyhanie. Negat\u00edvne \u00fa\u010dinky dlhodob\u00e9ho u\u017e\u00edvania <strong>nie s\u00fa zatia\u013e dostato\u010dne preb\u00e1dan\u00e9.<\/strong>     <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">L\u00e1tky cholinergn\u00e9, lecit\u00edn <\/h2>\n\n<p>Lecit\u00edn je ob\u013e\u00faben\u00fd hlavne u \u0161portovcov a vyzn\u00e1va\u010dov akt\u00edvneho \u017eivotn\u00e9ho \u0161t\u00fdlu. Niekedy sa mu hovor\u00ed &#8222;<strong>potrava pre mozog<\/strong>&#8222;. Je ob\u013e\u00faben\u00fd aj u \u0161tudentov pre jeho domnel\u00e9 pozit\u00edvne \u00fa\u010dinky na mozgov\u00e9 bunky prejavuj\u00face sa lep\u0161ou schopnos\u0165ou koncentrova\u0165 sa na u\u010denie a lep\u0161ie si zapam\u00e4ta\u0165 nov\u00e9 inform\u00e1cie.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ako lecit\u00edn funguje<\/h2>\n\n<p>Lecit\u00edn alebo fosfatidylchol\u00edn je l\u00e1tka zara\u010fuj\u00faca sa medzi fosfolipidy. Mechanizmus, ak\u00fdm p\u00f4sob\u00ed v mozgovom tkanive, je pomerne priamo\u010diary. Postupne sa z neho uvo\u013e\u0148uje chol\u00edn, ktor\u00fd sl\u00fa\u017ei ako prekurzor pre synt\u00e9zu neurotransmiteru acetylchol\u00ednu, teda by sa dala o\u010dak\u00e1va\u0165 aj zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e1 excitabilita neur\u00f3nov a teda zlep\u0161enie kognit\u00edvnych funkci\u00ed a pam\u00e4te. P\u00f4sobenie lecit\u00ednu v\u0161ak nebude tak\u00e9 jednoduch\u00e9, <strong>klinick\u00e9 \u0161t\u00fadie toti\u017e nazna\u010duj\u00fa ve\u013emi zmie\u0161an\u00e9 v\u00fdsledky<\/strong> smeruj\u00face sk\u00f4r k nepodlo\u017eenej \u00fa\u010dinnosti. Pokia\u013e sa rozhodnete bra\u0165 lecit\u00edn vo forme potravinov\u00e9ho doplnku, venujte pozornos\u0165 jeho zlo\u017eeniu, koncentr\u00e1cii \u00fa\u010dinnej l\u00e1tky a prejdite si recenzie u\u017e\u00edvate\u013eov.    <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Rastilnn\u00e9 extrakty s nootropn\u00fdmi \u00fa\u010dinkami &#8211; gingko biloba<\/h2>\n\n<p>Medzi rastlinn\u00fdmi extraktmi je pravdepodobne najzn\u00e1mej\u0161ia <strong>ginkgo biloba<\/strong>. P\u00f4sob\u00ed jednak antioxida\u010dne, teda zn\u00ed\u017een\u00edm mno\u017estva vo\u013en\u00fdch kysl\u00edkov\u00fdch radik\u00e1lov (a teda je jeho efekt neuroprotekt\u00edvny) a tie\u017e <strong>p\u00f4sob\u00ed dilat\u00e1ciu ciev<\/strong> ako v perif\u00e9rnych \u010dastiach tela, tak aj v mozgovom tkanive. Tkaniv\u00e1 s\u00fa teda lep\u0161ie prekrven\u00e9. To pre mozog znamen\u00e1 <strong>v\u00e4\u010d\u0161\u00ed pr\u00edsun kysl\u00edka a \u017eiv\u00edn a teda aj lep\u0161iu v\u00fdkonnos\u0165<\/strong>. Bolo veden\u00fdch mnoho \u0161t\u00fadi\u00ed na \u00fa\u010dinnos\u0165 ginkgo biloby, v\u00e4\u010d\u0161ina z nich sa zhoduje na tom, \u017ee <strong>extrakt je \u00fa\u010dinn\u00fd ako prevencia neurodegenerat\u00edvnych chor\u00f4b<\/strong> ako je napr\u00edklad Alzheimerova choroba alebo seniln\u00e1 demencia, doplnok pri lie\u010dbe nedostato\u010dn\u00e9ho krvn\u00e9ho z\u00e1sobenia mozgu po CMP alebo pri lie\u010dbe schizofr\u00e9nie a depresi\u00ed.    <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u010eal\u0161ie mo\u017enosti ako zlep\u0161i\u0165 pam\u00e4\u0165 a kognit\u00edvne funkcie: vitam\u00edny a sp\u00e1nok<\/h2>\n\n<p>Ur\u010dit\u00e9 vitam\u00edny m\u00f4\u017eu tie\u017e zohr\u00e1va\u0165 d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00fa \u00falohu pri zlep\u0161ovan\u00ed pam\u00e4ti a kognit\u00edvnych funkci\u00ed. <strong>Vitam\u00edny B6, B9 (kyselina listov\u00e1) a B12<\/strong> s\u00fa k\u013e\u00fa\u010dov\u00e9 pre metabolizmus homocyste\u00ednu, \u010do m\u00f4\u017ee prispie\u0165 k ochrane neur\u00f3nov a zn\u00ed\u017eeniu rizika neurodegenerat\u00edvneho ochorenia. <strong>Vitam\u00edn D<\/strong> m\u00e1 vplyv na funkciu neurotransmiterov a tie\u017e ovplyv\u0148uje neuroprotekt\u00edvne mechanizmy.<\/p>\n\n<p>Antioxidanty ako <strong>vitam\u00edn C a E<\/strong> m\u00f4\u017eu chr\u00e1ni\u0165 mozog pred vo\u013en\u00fdmi kysl\u00edkov\u00fdmi radik\u00e1lmi, to napom\u00e1ha udr\u017ea\u0165 spr\u00e1vne funguj\u00face neuron\u00e1lne spoje. <strong>Omega-3 esenci\u00e1lne mastn\u00e9 kyseliny<\/strong>, hoci nie s\u00fa vitam\u00edny, podporuj\u00fa zdravie mozgu a udr\u017euj\u00fa zdrav\u00e9 sign\u00e1lne dr\u00e1hy medzi neur\u00f3nmi. \u0160t\u00fadie, ktor\u00e9 boli vykonan\u00e9, sa k ve\u013ek\u00e9mu \u00fa\u010dinku na pam\u00e4\u0165 neprikl\u00e1\u0148aj\u00fa, na rozdiel od ve\u013emi pozit\u00edvneho efektu na kardiovaskul\u00e1rnu s\u00fastavu pri prevencii ateroskler\u00f3zy a pr\u00edpadn\u00e9ho srdcov\u00e9ho infarktu. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Nepodce\u0148ujte d\u00f4le\u017eistos\u0165 sp\u00e1nku<\/h2>\n\n<p>Okrem toho, \u017ee m\u00f4\u017eeme na zlep\u0161enie pam\u00e4ti bra\u0165 r\u00f4zne lieky alebo suplementy, by sme nemali zab\u00fada\u0165 dopria\u0165 mozgu <strong>zasl\u00fa\u017een\u00fd odpo\u010dinok<\/strong>. D\u00f4le\u017eitos\u0165 sp\u00e1nku pre pam\u00e4\u0165 a u\u010denie je dobre zdokumentovan\u00e1 v neurovednej literat\u00fare. <strong>Po\u010das sp\u00e1nku doch\u00e1dza nielen ku konsolid\u00e1cii ale aj selekcii a organiz\u00e1cii novo nadobudnut\u00fdch inform\u00e1ci\u00ed<\/strong>. Po\u010das hlbok\u00e9ho sp\u00e1nku (NREM) doch\u00e1dza k posilneniu spojov medzi neur\u00f3nmi, \u010do u\u013eah\u010duje ukladanie a fix\u00e1ciu pam\u00e4\u0165ov\u00fdch st\u00f4p. REM sp\u00e1nok (rapid eye movement) je spojen\u00fd s kreativitou, selekciou a riaden\u00edm inform\u00e1ci\u00ed a ich presunom inform\u00e1ci\u00ed z kr\u00e1tkodobej do dlhodobej pam\u00e4te. Celkovo vzat\u00e9 <strong>kombin\u00e1cia REM a NREM sp\u00e1nku umo\u017e\u0148uje efekt\u00edvne spracovanie a ukladanie inform\u00e1ci\u00ed<\/strong>. Pri pozorovan\u00ed nedostatku sp\u00e1nku bolo naopak zaznamenan\u00e9 v\u00fdrazn\u00e9 zhor\u0161enie pam\u00e4te a kognit\u00edvnych funkci\u00ed.     <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Nau\u010dte sa pracova\u0165 so stresom<\/h2>\n\n<p>Nervozita a stres s\u00fa faktory, ktor\u00e9 prirodzene sprev\u00e1dzaj\u00fa proces u\u010denia. Strach zo zlyhania pri sk\u00fa\u0161ke je tie\u017e nie\u010do, \u010do pri u\u010den\u00ed za\u017e\u00edva asi skoro ka\u017ed\u00fd a u mnoh\u00fdch \u013eud\u00ed sa tieto pocity negat\u00edvne podpisuj\u00fa na kvalite sp\u00e1nku a schopnosti relax\u00e1cie a regener\u00e1cie. Je d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9 nau\u010di\u0165 sa s nimi pracova\u0165. Pokia\u013e sa nau\u010d\u00edte efekt\u00edvne pracova\u0165 so svojou mys\u013eou, m\u00f4\u017eete zaznamena\u0165 lep\u0161ie v\u00fdsledky ako pri bran\u00ed liekov \u010di suplementov.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ako na lep\u0161iu kvalitu u\u010denia<\/h2>\n\n<p>Pri snahe o podporu pam\u00e4te a u\u010denia existuje nieko\u013eko mo\u017en\u00fdch pr\u00edstupov.
