Vy\u017eaduje ve\u013ea discipl\u00edny, dobr\u00e9ho time mana\u017ementu, rozumu a mnohokr\u00e1t aj obetovanie vo\u013en\u00e9ho \u010dasu. Ale je len ve\u013emi tenk\u00e1 hranica medzi t\u00fdm, kedy sa jedn\u00e1 o zdrav\u00fd \u0161tudijn\u00fd pr\u00edstup a kedy sa do u\u010denia ponor\u00edte a\u017e pr\u00edli\u0161. A tak\u00e1 oddanos\u0165 \u0161t\u00fadiu a opomenutie sveta okolo m\u00f4\u017ee ve\u013emi r\u00fdchlo zam\u00e1va\u0165 s&nbsp;psychick\u00fdm zdrav\u00edm.  <\/p>\n<p>Sna\u017ete sa zo seba d\u00e1va\u0165 to najlep\u0161ie, ale z\u00e1rove\u0148 si nech\u00e1va\u0165 aj trochu vo\u013en\u00e9ho \u010dasu na in\u00e9 veci. Ka\u017ed\u00e1 \u201ezelen\u00e1\u201c zn\u00e1mka je koniec koncov pekn\u00e1. <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Neporovn\u00e1vajte sa<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u010ci u\u017e ide o vzh\u013ead alebo o \u0161tudijn\u00e9 \u00faspechy.<\/p>\n<p>Ka\u017ed\u00fd sme dostali do vienka in\u00fa genetick\u00fa v\u00fdbavu, a tak aj logicky ka\u017ed\u00fd vynik\u00e1me v&nbsp;nie\u010dom inom. To, \u017ee ved\u013ea v\u00e1s niekto d\u00e1va anat\u00f3miu ako boh, e\u0161te neznamen\u00e1, \u017ee z&nbsp;neho bude raz bo\u017esk\u00fd doktor. A \u017ee je s&nbsp;vami nie\u010do zl\u00e9, ak v\u00e1m latinsk\u00e9 pojmy do hlavy zas tak dobre nelez\u00fa.<\/p>\n<p>Dobr\u00e9 zn\u00e1mky dobr\u00e9ho lek\u00e1ra automaticky nerobia. Potreba je tie\u017e usilovnos\u0165, pracovitos\u0165, empatia, alebo napr\u00edklad zru\u010dnos\u0165.  A ka\u017ed\u00fd m\u00e1me nie\u010doho viac a nie\u010doho zas menej. Vysk\u00fa\u0161ajte napr\u00edklad The Mindfulness App, Headspace alebo Oak \u2013 Meditation &amp; Breathing.<\/p>\n<p>Pre \u0161tudentov LF MU je tie\u017e ka\u017edoro\u010dne pon\u00fakan\u00fd osemt\u00fd\u017ed\u0148ov\u00fd mindfulness program, ktor\u00fd za\u0161ti\u0165uje \u00dastav psychol\u00f3gie a psychosomatiky. Prihlasovanie v\u00e4\u010d\u0161inou za\u010d\u00edna na konci janu\u00e1ra, tak sledujte aktuality na webe fakulty a ulovte si miesto. <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Nebojte sa poveda\u0165 si o pomoc<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Ke\u010f v\u0161etky met\u00f3dy svojpomoci zlyhaj\u00fa, nie je \u017eiadna hanba poveda\u0165 si o pomoc. Niekedy je toho na \u010dloveka jednoducho viac, ne\u017e s&nbsp;\u010d\u00edm si m\u00f4\u017ee jedna hlava poradi\u0165 a vyh\u013eada\u0165 psychol\u00f3ga je dnes \u00faplne norm\u00e1lna a be\u017en\u00e1 vec. <\/p>\n<p>Masarykova univerzita pre svojich \u0161tudentov dokonca pon\u00faka psychologick\u00e9 poradenstvo, kde m\u00f4\u017eete rie\u0161i\u0165 najr\u00f4znej\u0161ie probl\u00e9my. Od straty pocitu naplnenia a strachu zo \u0161t\u00fadia, cez probl\u00e9my so zapadnut\u00edm do kolekt\u00edvu a tr\u00e9mou, a\u017e po stratu bl\u00edzkeho \u010dloveka. <\/p>\n<p>M\u00f4\u017eete si tak vysk\u00fa\u0161a\u0165 nieko\u013eko terapi\u00ed \u00faplne zadarmo a za\u017eehna\u0165 ak\u00fatny probl\u00e9m.
