{"id":65432,"date":"2022-08-31T14:00:00","date_gmt":"2022-08-31T12:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/bmedic.cz\/tipy-k-uceni\/"},"modified":"2026-02-04T17:00:28","modified_gmt":"2026-02-04T16:00:28","slug":"tipy-k-uceni","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/bmedic.cz\/sk\/tipy-k-uceni\/","title":{"rendered":"Tipy na u\u010denie"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"is-style-default\"><strong>Ka\u017ed\u00fd z n\u00e1s za\u017eil situ\u00e1ciu, kedy sa sna\u017e\u00edte u\u010di\u0165 sebe viac, ale rovnako po chv\u00edli pozerania do papierov zist\u00edte, \u017ee vlastne ani neviete, \u010do ste \u010d\u00edtali. \u010ci u\u017e sa mus\u00edte u\u010di\u0165 k maturite, na sk\u00fa\u0161ky, alebo jednoducho na test v \u0161kole, ur\u010dite sa v hlave vraciate k jednej a tej istej ot\u00e1zke: Ako sa to v\u0161etko nau\u010di\u0165 \u010do najlep\u0161ie a najr\u00fdchlej\u0161ie? Bu\u010fme \u00faprimn\u00ed, samotn\u00e9 u\u010denie sa je tie\u017e zru\u010dnos\u0165 a treba ju tr\u00e9nova\u0165. Sp\u00edsala som pre v\u00e1s teda 17 tipov, ako sa u\u010di\u0165 r\u00fdchlej\u0161ie a predov\u0161etk\u00fdm efekt\u00edvnej\u0161ie. Je samozrejm\u00e9, \u017ee ka\u017ed\u00e9mu vyhovuje nie\u010do in\u00e9, a preto berte t\u00fdchto nieko\u013eko tipov ako in\u0161pir\u00e1ciu, ktor\u00e1 V\u00e1m m\u00f4\u017ee pom\u00f4c\u0165.    <\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"is-style-default\"><strong>1) Vytvorte si realizovate\u013en\u00fd \u0161tudijn\u00fd pl\u00e1n<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"is-style-default\">Pred u\u010den\u00edm na ak\u00fako\u013evek v\u00e4\u010d\u0161iu sk\u00fa\u0161ku odpor\u00fa\u010dam vytvori\u0165 si \u0161tudijn\u00fd pl\u00e1n. Ja si v\u00e4\u010d\u0161inou vyhrad\u00edm jeden de\u0148, kedy zist\u00edm, ko\u013eko ot\u00e1zok sa stihnem nau\u010di\u0165 a pod\u013ea toho si vytvor\u00edm rozvrh na nadch\u00e1dzaj\u00face dni. D\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9 je, vytvori\u0165 pl\u00e1n, ktor\u00fd bude realizovate\u013en\u00fd a budete v\u0161etko st\u00edha\u0165. Pokia\u013e si hne\u010f spo\u010diatku naberiete ve\u013ea povinnost\u00ed na jeden de\u0148, budete akur\u00e1t v strese, \u010do v\u00e1m naopak u\u0161kod\u00ed.   <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"is-style-default\"><strong>2) U\u010dte sa priebe\u017ene<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"is-style-default\">Hoci je to kli\u0161\u00e9, priebe\u017en\u00e9 u\u010denie je ve\u013ekou pomocou a u\u0161etr\u00ed v\u00e1m ve\u013ea \u010dasu a najm\u00e4 stresu tesne pred sk\u00fa\u0161kou. Ukazuje sa, \u017ee k najv\u00fdraznej\u0161ej strate inform\u00e1ci\u00ed doch\u00e1dza bezprostredne po u\u010den\u00ed v priebehu nieko\u013ek\u00fdch desiatok min\u00fat a\u017e hod\u00edn. \u010c\u00edm viac sa v\u0161ak l\u00e1tka opakuje, t\u00fdm dlh\u0161ie trv\u00e1, k\u00fdm sa inform\u00e1cie stratia, tak\u017ee trv\u00e1 dlh\u0161ie, k\u00fdm sa l\u00e1tka zabudne. S\u00e1m som si stanovil nieko\u013eko pravidiel opakovania, ktor\u00e9 mi pom\u00e1haj\u00fa najlep\u0161ie. Ka\u017ed\u00fd ve\u010der pred span\u00edm si v r\u00fdchlosti zopakujem v\u0161etko, \u010do som sa v ten de\u0148 nau\u010dil. Na druh\u00fd de\u0148, ak m\u00e1m viac \u010dasu, sa pok\u00fasim zopakova\u0165 u\u010divo z predch\u00e1dzaj\u00faceho d\u0148a. Na konci t\u00fd\u017ed\u0148a sa potom sna\u017e\u00edm n\u00e1js\u0165 si \u010das na zopakovanie v\u0161etk\u00e9ho, \u010do som sa po\u010das t\u00fd\u017ed\u0148a nau\u010dil.       <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"is-style-default\"><strong>4) U\u010dte sa spolo\u010dne<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"is-style-default\">Tento bod je ve\u013emi individu\u00e1lny, nesmiem ho ale vynecha\u0165. Mnoho \u013eud\u00ed preferuje u\u010denie sa s priate\u013emi, ke\u010f si m\u00f4\u017eete u\u010divo navz\u00e1jom vysvetli\u0165 a opakova\u0165 ho spolo\u010dne. Niekto zase uprednostn\u00ed u\u010di\u0165 sa s\u00e1m. Ja som si v tomto na\u0161la zlat\u00fa stredn\u00fa cestu, kedy sa s priate\u013emi pripoj\u00edme k videohovoru, vypneme si mikrof\u00f3ny a ka\u017ed\u00fd sa u\u010d\u00ed svojim vlastn\u00fdm tempom. Vo chv\u00edli, ke\u010f za\u010dnem str\u00e1ca\u0165 motiv\u00e1ciu, sta\u010d\u00ed sa pozrie\u0165, ako sa u\u010dia ostatn\u00ed a to ma dobije energiou.    <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"is-style-default\"><strong>5) Nebojte sa zapoji\u0165 viacero zmyslov<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"is-style-default\">Pokia\u013e sa u\u010d\u00edte sami doma a nikoho neru\u0161\u00edte, odpor\u00fa\u010dam \u010d\u00edta\u0165 si u\u010divo nahlas. Nielen\u017ee zapoj\u00edte zrak, ale aj sluch. Inform\u00e1cie sa v\u00e1m potom lep\u0161ie memoruj\u00fa a sk\u00f4r si ich pri sk\u00fa\u0161ke vybav\u00edte.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"is-style-default\"><strong>6) Nezabudnite na prest\u00e1vky<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"is-style-default\">Aby ste si r\u00e1no a ve\u010der udr\u017eali rovnak\u00fa \u00farove\u0148 koncentr\u00e1cie a produktivity, je d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9 nevynech\u00e1va\u0165 prest\u00e1vky po\u010das \u0161t\u00fadia. Samozrejme, je potrebn\u00e9 sa ovl\u00e1da\u0165, aby ste z p\u00f4vodnej 10-min\u00fatovej prest\u00e1vky nestr\u00e1vili takmer hodinu surfovan\u00edm po soci\u00e1lnych sie\u0165ach. Technika Pomodoro sa mi osved\u010dila. S\u00e1m som zistil, \u017ee za 25 min\u00fat pr\u00e1ce toho ve\u013ea neurob\u00edm, tak\u017ee si \u010das rozdel\u00edm na 50\/10 min\u00fat a po \u0161tyroch cykloch si d\u00e1m 30-min\u00fatov\u00fa prest\u00e1vku. Po\u010das odpo\u010dinku je dobr\u00e9 doplni\u0165 energiu ob\u010derstven\u00edm, pretiahnu\u0165 sa alebo si zacvi\u010di\u0165.       <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"is-style-default\"><strong>7) U\u010dte sa, aby ste mohli u\u010di\u0165<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"is-style-default\">Jednoducho povedan\u00e9, tento bod znamen\u00e1, \u017ee sa u\u010d\u00edte tak, aby ste mohli nov\u00fd materi\u00e1l vysvetli\u0165 niekomu in\u00e9mu. V\u00e1\u0161 mozog si potom toto miesto odpo\u010dinku prenastav\u00ed ako miesto ur\u010den\u00e9 na pr\u00e1cu a m\u00f4\u017ee sa sta\u0165, \u017ee v\u00e1m v noci nep\u00f4jde poriadne zaspa\u0165, teda si kvalitne neodd\u00fdchnete. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"is-style-default\"><strong>10) Pou\u017e\u00edvajte farby<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"is-style-default\">Zv\u00fdraz\u0148ovanie a pod\u010diarknutie textu patr\u00ed medzi overen\u00e9 met\u00f3dy, ktor\u00e9 v\u00e1m pom\u00f4\u017eu si u\u010divo lep\u0161ie zapam\u00e4ta\u0165. V texte sa d\u00e1 potom lep\u0161ie orientova\u0165 a ko\u013ekokr\u00e1t si na pot\u00edtku pri sk\u00fa\u0161ke spomeniete na farbu, ktor\u00fa ste si dan\u00fa inform\u00e1ciu zv\u00fdraznili a hne\u010f v\u00e1m to nasko\u010d\u00ed. Av\u0161ak pozor, t\u00e1to technika m\u00f4\u017ee by\u0165 zradn\u00e1 v tom, \u017ee si \u0161tudent s\u0165a\u017e\u00ed vytv\u00e1ranie spojitost\u00ed. Preto odpor\u00fa\u010dam si cel\u00fd text najsk\u00f4r prejs\u0165 cel\u00fd od za\u010diatku a a\u017e pri druhom \u010d\u00edtan\u00ed zapoji\u0165 farby a r\u00f4zne lep\u00edtka.   <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"is-style-default\"><strong>11) Vyskladajte sa<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"is-style-default\">Tento bod pom\u00e1ha mnoh\u00fdm \u0161tudentom, u in\u00fdch je to naopak strata \u010dasu, preto je potrebn\u00e9 zisti\u0165, \u010do vyhovuje pr\u00e1ve v\u00e1m. Ja sama si rada pri ka\u017edej ot\u00e1zke vyberiem z\u00e1chytn\u00e9 slov\u00e1, ktor\u00e9 vyp\u00ed\u0161em na lep\u00edtko ak textu prid\u00e1m. Ke\u010f si potom ot\u00e1zku opakujem, m\u00e1m sa od \u010doho odpichn\u00fa\u0165.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"is-style-default\"><strong>12) Vypnite telef\u00f3n<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"is-style-default\">Rozhodne jedna z naj\u00fa\u010dinnej\u0161\u00edch vec\u00ed, ktor\u00fa m\u00f4\u017eete urobi\u0165, je vypn\u00fa\u0165 si telef\u00f3n. Sta\u010d\u00ed si vypn\u00fa\u0165 wifi a d\u00e1ta, aby v\u00e1m nechodili upozornenia zo soci\u00e1lnych siet\u00ed, ktor\u00e9 v\u00e1s bud\u00fa akur\u00e1t rozpty\u013eova\u0165. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"is-style-default\"><strong>13) Vy\u010distite si pracovn\u00fd priestor<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"is-style-default\">Po\u010das u\u010denia by na stole malo zosta\u0165 iba to, \u010do potrebujete. Typicky s\u00fa to u\u010debn\u00e9 materi\u00e1ly, \u010dist\u00e9 papiere, p\u00edsacie potreby, voda a mal\u00e1 desiata. V\u0161etky ostatn\u00e9 veci je lep\u0161ie uprata\u0165, aby neodv\u00e1dzali pozornos\u0165 a vy mali dostatok priestoru.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"is-style-default\"><strong>14) Zmena prostredia<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"is-style-default\">Sedenie za t\u00fdm ist\u00fdm stolom cel\u00e9 t\u00fd\u017edne m\u00f4\u017ee by\u0165 stereotypn\u00e9, preto sa oplat\u00ed zmeni\u0165 prostredie. Sk\u00faste \u00eds\u0165 do kni\u017enice, kaviarne a za pekn\u00e9ho po\u010dasia do parku. Nau\u010den\u00e9 inform\u00e1cie si m\u00f4\u017eete priradi\u0165 k miestu, kde ste sa ich nau\u010dili, a lep\u0161ie si ich zapam\u00e4ta\u0165 na sk\u00fa\u0161ke.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"is-style-default\"><strong>15) Prehr\u00e1vanie hudby<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"is-style-default\">Sama preferujem u\u010denie bez hudby. Pozn\u00e1m v\u0161ak \u0161tudentov, ktor\u00ed sa nedok\u00e1\u017eu u\u010di\u0165 bez ich ob\u013e\u00fabenej hudby v pozad\u00ed. Playlist je \u00faplne na v\u00e1s a m\u00f4\u017eete s n\u00edm experimentova\u0165. Sto \u013eud\u00ed, sto chut\u00ed. Mne osobne vyhovuje pri u\u010den\u00ed biely \u0161um. Sta\u010d\u00ed si sadn\u00fa\u0165 ved\u013ea chladni\u010dky, alebo si n\u00e1js\u0165 zvukov\u00fa stopu na internete.     <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"is-style-default\"><strong>16) Vysk\u00fa\u0161ajte my\u0161lienkov\u00e9 mapy<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"is-style-default\">Mnoho \u013eu\u010fom pri u\u010den\u00ed pom\u00e1ha vytv\u00e1ranie spojitost\u00ed pou\u017eit\u00edm my\u0161lienkov\u00fdch m\u00e1p. T\u00e1to met\u00f3da je predov\u0161etk\u00fdm \u00fa\u010dinn\u00e1 na usporiadanie u\u010diva. Objav\u00edte vz\u0165ahy medzi jednotliv\u00fdmi inform\u00e1ciami a pri sk\u00fa\u0161ke potom dok\u00e1\u017eete prepoji\u0165 viac oblast\u00ed naraz.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"is-style-default\"><strong>17) Nahrajte zvukov\u00fa nahr\u00e1vku<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"is-style-default\">Ke\u010f\u017ee \u010d\u00edtanie papierov je pre m\u0148a v dopravn\u00fdch prostriedkoch tabu, rada si jednotliv\u00e9 ot\u00e1zky nahr\u00e1vam do mobilu a n\u00e1sledne po\u010d\u00favam.
